CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

In accordance with the terms of your contractual agreement, you may cancel your membership at anytime, however:

You must give a minimum of seven (7) days written notice (in advance), prior to your payment processing day, of your intention to cancel (see example below);

  • You are not entitled to a refund of any membership fees paid; and

  • No cancellation fees apply.

If you want to cancel your membership in December, we require your form by the 23rd November as there are 30 days in November and we require 7 days notice.

This allows us seven days to action your request and confirm back via email.

  • Cancel in January - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th December

    Cancel in February - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th January

    Cancel in March - please have the form sent in to us no later than 20th February

    Cancel in April - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th March

    Cancel in May - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd April

    Cancel in June - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th May

    Cancel in July - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd June

    Cancel in August - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th July

    Cancel in September - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th August

    Cancel in October - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd September

    Cancel in November - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th October
