CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

In accordance with the terms of your contractual agreement, you may cancel your membership at anytime, however:

You must give a minimum of seven (7) days written notice (in advance), prior to your payment processing day, of your intention to cancel (see example below);

  • You are not entitled to a refund of any membership fees paid; and

  • No cancellation fees apply.

Example:

If you want to cancel your membership in December, we require your form by the 23rd November as there are 30 days in November and we require 7 days notice.

This allows us seven days to action your request and confirm back via email.

CUT OFF DATES THAT WE REQUIRE THE FORM IN BY - PLEASE CHECK BEFORE SENDING AS WE CANNOT PROCESS IF LATE:

January Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th December

February Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th January

March Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 20th February

April Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th March

May Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd April

June Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th May

July Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd June

August Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th July

September Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th August

October Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd September

November Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th October

December Cancel - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd November
