There shouldn’t be a one size fits all program, it should be designed around you, your current level of fitness and mobility and be clear with progressions and regular check points to ensure it’s working for you. We want to hear why you are looking for PT and what you want out of it. You might prefer this to group classes, be training for a specific sport / event or just want to kick start a fitness regime.
