RECIPE OF THE MONTH!
CYCLE OVERVIEW
Dates: 6th January through 10th March
In this cycle for the Strength section we’ll be testing your 1RM Hang Power Clean, 2RM Overhead Squat and 3RM Thruster !
This cycle runs through the CrossFit Open and we’ll be gearing up for what CF HQ have in store for us!
As always the coaches will cover the session in the brief so please ask any questions needed or listen out for tips of how to execute the day.
The Weightlifting Cycle (twice/week) will include Pressing, Clean and Snatch
