HOLD MEMBERSHIP

In accordance with the terms of your contractual agreement:

You can hold your membership at any time, provided that:

  • All membership fees are paid up to date at the time of your notice of suspension; and

  • The minimum period of holding is one (1) full week.

If you want a hold in December, we require your form by the 23rd November as there are 30 days in November and we require 7 days notice. All memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.

This allows us seven days to action your request and confirm back via email. For this example the adjustment to confirm your hold request for December will be reflected in the 1st of December debit.

  • January Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th December

    February Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th January

    March Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 20th February

    April Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th March

    May Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd April

    June Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th May

    July Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd June

    August Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th July

    September Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th August

    October Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd September

    November Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 24th October

    December Holds - please have the form sent in to us no later than 23rd November
