CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

In accordance with the terms of your contractual agreement, you may cancel your membership at anytime, however:

You must give a minimum of seven (7) days written notice (in advance), prior to your payment processing day*, of your intention to cancel;

You are not entitled to a refund of any membership fees paid; and
No cancellation fees apply.

Please note our Payment Terms: Payment processing day is the first day of the month. Your written notice must be submitted and received seven days prior to payment processing day.

Example: If you want to cancel your membership in February, we require your form by the 24th January (7 days).
