PERSONAL TRAINING.

Personal Training should be just that - personal. We cater from individual to group training sessions. Find a style that suits you!

 

OPTION 1

ONE ON ONE

There shouldn’t be a one size fits all program, it should be designed around you, your current level of fitness and mobility and be clear with progressions and regular check points to ensure it’s working for you. We want to hear why you are looking for PT and what you want out of it. You might prefer this to group classes, be training for a specific sport / event or just want to kick start a fitness regime. If you require specific nutritional advice, then we have a few different options from a general chat with the coaches to detailed plans that can be created via one of our recommend contacts.

OPTION 2

TWO ON ONE

Just like One on One, we want to create a program for you, however if you want to train with a mate then we can build something that works for the both of you. All of the other options are available (screening, measurements and nutrition) so bring a mate and let’s get you both started on this plan!

OPTION 3

GROUP

How does this differ from the normal classes? Well it’s small group PT, meaning anything from 3 to 6 of you training with a personal trainer. You might have a few mates looking to train together but lack a little direction in the gym, a small group from your work might love the idea of training together and need a regular program other than the current group sessions to achieve your goals. We can cater for this and have a few options depending on what you’re after. We want to hear from you and listen to what you need and then we can work together to get you all in the gym and kicked off.
