HOLD MEMBERSHIP

In accordance with the terms of your contractual agreement:

You can hold your membership at any time, provided that:

All membership fees are paid up to date at the time of your notice of suspension; and
The minimum period of holding is one (1) week.

You may hold your membership by:

giving a minimum of seven (7) days written notice (in advance), prior to your payment processing day*, of your intention to cancel.

Please note our Payment Terms: Payment processing day is the first day of the month. Your written notice must be submitted and received seven days prior to payment processing day.

Example: If you want a hold in February, we require your form by the 24th January (7 days).
